A Leading International Company located in New York is searching for a Accounting Analyst who will handle the following responsibilities: |
| Duties |
- Support the daily financial functions required for budget/expense control and financial reporting for the corporate administration group departments under the responsibility of Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration
- Assist with the preparation of annual expenses and capital budgets for each of the groups/departments within the Corporate Administration group, which includes Administration, Security, Global Sourcing, Aviation and Real Estate
- Ongoing analysis, monitoring and tracking of expenses and where appropriate, making recommendations for savings
- Prepare forecasts for the group, utilizing forecasting tools
- Monthly and quarterly reporting of financial results and forecasts
- Main financial contact for Corporate Administration group
- Assist Comptroller of a division with the monthly closing and required reporting
- Perform other related duties/analysis as assigned or required
